How quick can you build my ticketing page?Once your event information form is completed, our team will build your ticketing page within one 24 hours.
What are your fees?We offer a competitive pricing structure to ensure you have a higher ticket revenue. This is why we give you the option to distribute fees based on your event goals. Merchant Fee (per ticket): 3.5% + $1.25 of ticket cost Processing Fee (per ticket): Tickets under $50: $1.99 Tickets $50 and up: 5% of ticket cost The following are your distribution options: Option 1: Split Fees: (recommend): Event organizer pays the merchant fee, while the attendee pays the processing fee. Option 2: Pass Fees: Customer pays both the processing and merchant fee. This allows the event organizer to receive the full ticket revenue. Option 3: Incur Fees: Event organizer pays both the merchant and processing fee. No additional fees are applied to the attendee.
When do we receive our ticket revenue?We provide your ticket revenue via check within three (3) business days after your event.
What happens if we cancel or reschedule our event?GuamTime is solely a ticket provider, and is not responsible for canceled or rescheduled events. We do not provide refunds to customers. If an event is canceled for any reason, we will provide the event organizer with their ticket revenue and they will be responsible for distributing the refund directly to their customers.
