Once this form is completed, our team will send your ticketing page via email within 24 hours. Once we have your event poster and approval on the page, we can launch your page immediately.

GuamTime offers a competitive pricing structure to ensure you and your attendees have the best possible outcome. These fees cover the costs of the technology, people, and resources needed to provide a safe and secure ticket-buying experience.

Service Fee: $1.75 or 6% of the ticket cost

Processing Fee: 3.5% +$1.70 of ticket cost

The organizer has the option to 1) absorb both fees, 2) pass both fees to the attendee, or 3) split the fees with the attendee.

*In addition, a one time setup fee of $25 will be applied to your ticket revenue payout.

Each staff will be paid $14.95/hr plus the base fees below based on your event needs.

Yes! We support free events as well. Given there is no ticket value for this type of event, we charge an administrative fee to design your ticketing page and support your event. This fee varies on the size of the event:

GuamTime provides your ticket revenue via check within 2-3 business days after your event.

GuamTime is solely a ticket provider, and is not responsible for rescheduled or canceled events. We will not provide refunds for rescheduled events. If an organizer decides to cancel an event for any reason, we will refund the ticket value back to the customer. Processing fees will not be refunded.
