  • How quick can you build my ticketing page?
    Once your event information form is completed, our team will build your ticketing page within one 24 hours.
  • What are your fees?
    GuamTime offers a competitive pricing structure to ensure you and your attendees have the best possible outcome. These fees cover the costs of the technology, people, and resources needed to provide a safe and secure ticket-buying experience. Service Fee: $1.50 or 5% of the ticket cost Processing Fee: 2.9% +$1.70 of ticket cost The organizer has the option to 1) absorb both fees, 2) pass both fees to the attendee, or 3) split the fees with the attendee. *In addition, a one time setup fee of $25 will be applied to your ticket revenue payout. *Fees slightly increase for reserved seating events and sales that include online merchandise sales.
  • When do we receive our ticket revenue?
    We provide your ticket revenue via check within 2-3 business days after your event.
  • What happens if we cancel or reschedule our event?
    GuamTime is solely a ticket provider, and is not responsible for canceled or rescheduled events. We do not provide refunds to customers. If an event is canceled for any reason, we will provide the event organizer with their ticket revenue and they will be responsible for distributing the refund directly to their customers.
