  • What are your fees?
    GuamTime offers a competitive pricing structure that is split between the organizer and attendee. These fees cover the costs of the technology, people, and resources needed to provide a safe and secure ticket-buying experience. Ticket Sales Under $100 - Service Fee: 6% of ticket cost - Processing Fee: $3.50 or 8.5% of ticket cost Ticket Sales $100+ - Flat Rate Fee: 14% of ticket cost *Service Fee can be absorbed from your ticket sales for no upfront or back end costs.
  • When do we receive our ticket revenue?
    We provide your ticket revenue via check within 2-3 business days after your event.
  • What happens if we cancel or reschedule our event?
    GuamTime is solely a ticket provider, and is not responsible for canceled or rescheduled events. We do not provide refunds to customers. If an event is canceled for any reason, we will provide the event organizer with their ticket revenue and they will be responsible for distributing the refund directly to their customers.
